Celebrate 18! is an annual statewide birthday experience each July created for young women impacted by foster care or family instability. More than a party, it’s a reminder that stepping into adulthood doesn’t mean doing life on your own.

This milestone is reimagined as a day that honors your growth while helping you step into what’s next with confidence. Throughout the experience, you’ll receive new clothes, shoes, jewelry, and professional beauty services, build vision boards, and connect with community partners and resources designed to support your future. The day closes with a catered dinner, real stories from foster care alumni, and a birthday celebration centered on joy, connection, and moments you’ll carry with you long after the night ends.
